On a cold January morning in 2007, at a Washington DC underground station, this man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes.
During that time:
Approximately 2,000 people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.
After about 3 minutes, a middle-aged man noticed that there was a musician playing.
He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds, and then he hurried on to meet his schedule.
About 4 minutes later:

SYDNEY: SLR Productions has unveiled that the flash-animated series Teenage Fairytale Dropouts is headed to ABC TV in Australia.
Teenage Fairytale Dropouts follows the adventures of Jeremiah, Fury and Trafalgar, the teen relatives of such famous fairytale characters as the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk, the Tooth Fairy and Merlin. Animated pre-teen series Teenage Fairytale Dropouts has sold to five channels around the world.
Distributor 9 Story Entertainment has sold the show to HBO Asia, TVE in Spain, Sun Network in India, Noga in Israel and Orlando Kids in Croatia. TFD already broadcasts in Australia on Seven Network in Australia.

L.A.-based Home Plate Entertainment has formed a new distribution division, under the Home Plate Entertainment Distribution Alliance, announced studio CEO Bill Schultz at the MIPCOM market today. Schultz, a four-time Emmy Award winning-producer, says the new division won’t be just a traditional distribution division and won’t seek third party content, but it will perform some customary distribution functions.
